What you'll do
- Lead recruitment strategy, from job fairs to referral networks
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates
- Launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies
- Deliver orientations
- Maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure audit readiness
- Support on-call needs, resolve challenges, and keep operations running smoothly
What you need
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office savvy)
- Sharp verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and ready to problem-solve
- Healthcare or customer service experience (preferred)

Own compliance & HR essentials - maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready.

What We're Looking For
