Regional Recruiter

The Regional Recruiter works closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Partners in handling and supporting various recruiting activities within the geographic area. Carries out responsibilities in the following functions: sourcing, screening, hiring, recruitment activities, and employee branding.

 o Talent Acquisition - Conducts recruitment efforts for hourly roles at the plant level; Acts as a full cycle recruiter and is responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Offer and Pre-employment Screening Processes. Assists with key hiring projects within specific region (such as new site opening, pipeline networking, career fairs, local outreaches). Collaborate with Hiring managers and HR Partners on understanding staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. o Building Relationships & Talent Pipelines: Working with Military, Work Re-entry programs, Colleges/Universities/Trade Schools, and other sources in conjunction with Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop pipelines of candidates for hourly roles. Attend and actively participate in recruitment and networking events such as job fairs, College career days, agency sponsored events, community and business partner events etc. o Continuous Training & Educating: - Coordinates and provides assistance to Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Partners, Area HR Managers and Hiring Managers in regards to changing and evolving regional hourly rates within the regional market and sourcing insights. Keeps up with local employment trends, and provides coaching to stakeholders of key findings. o Models our Company’s Guiding Principles and champions our Always Made Right, Always Made Safe Culture. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. 

 Qualifications: o 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate recruiting or agency environment working with manufacturing environment. o Experience with full cycle recruitment in a manufacturing environment preferred. o Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools (Workday preferred) o Experience in developing and executing innovative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent for skilled roles. o Work ethic that is constantly mindful of how actions and behaviors reflect our Guiding Principles, exemplifying a strong sense of purpose and positive approach. 

 Targeted Pay Range: $57,100.00 - $70,000.00
