Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other systems. Qualifications: 1–2+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience required. Experience hiring in healthcare, addiction treatment, or human services is strongly preferred. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient in using ATS platforms and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Why Join BHG?
