Brighter Strides ABA is looking for caring, motivated RBTs to join our team!
We provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build skills, gain independence, and reach their goals.
At Brighter Strides, you’re part of a team not on your own. You’ll receive ongoing support and guidance from experienced BCBAs, along with opportunities to grow professionally.
What You'll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and enter session data electronically
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
What We're Looking For
• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable vehicle and transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
• Willingness to complete a background check
