What you'll do

Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines

What you need

RBT Certification
Prior ABA Therapy experience
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
In-home ABA Therapy experience (preferred)
Education: a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree

Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and caring Registered Behavior Technician to join our team for in-home clients located in the Iselin/Edison, NJ area! Immediate shift available 3x a week at the YMCA aftercare program in Edison, 4:30pm to 7:00pm. Prior ABA Therapy experience required; in-home ABA Therapy experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Availability during after-school hours.
