What you'll do
- Provide in-home behavioral support under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Implement personalized behavior intervention plans, collect client progress data, and serve as a primary one-to-one resource for clients and families.
What you need
- Requires active RBT certification, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and experience as an RBT in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.
- Experience with children ages 2-12 is also required.

The Registered Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-home behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will focus on implementing personalized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress and serving a critical role as the primary one-to-one resource for clients and families. Join us in this full-time Registered Behavior Technician role with an expected compensation range of $20 to $25 per hour.nnWhat we ask of you:nnActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.nCPR/First Aid/AED certification.nExperience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a home or center-based ABA setting with children on the autism spectrum.nExperience with children ages 2-12 years old.nMust have reliable transportation and mobile phone and be willing to work in various settings: home, community, school, and center, Monday through Friday and potential weekends.nBilingual, English and Spanish speaking a plus.nnnHow we partner with you:nThe team member experience is just as important as the client and family experience, so we provide a culture and environment of CALM for Registered Behavior Technicians.
