We're looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in providing outstanding care and wants to be part of a practice where their contributions are valued. Earn What You're Worth! Opportunity to earn $80–$100 per hour in total compensation through our production bonus program! This isn't just a projected earning opportunity. Our assisted hygienists at other locations are currently earning $89–$100 per hour , including production bonuses. Our compensation structure provides the security of guaranteed hourly pay with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on productivity. How our compensation works: Guaranteed base pay: $57.50 per hour Single-book hygiene: Earn a 15% bonus on eligible production exceeding 3x your hourly base ($172.50/hour) Assisted hygiene: Earn a 28% bonus on eligible production exceeding 4x your hourly base ($230/hour) No cap on production bonus earnings under the stated formula Bonuses are calculated based on eligible production above the applicable threshold. The guaranteed hourly rate is $57.50; total earnings vary with production, and $80–$100/hour is not guaranteed. Work Three Days. Enjoy Four Days Off!
