What you need
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or
- Nursing Diploma/Certificate Program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida or eligible Compact State licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
- Ability to prioritize and manage patient care needs
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of patient monitoring and assessment techniques
- Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
- Basic computer and electronic medical record proficiency
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
