At Dove Healthcare, you will work with employees, patients, family members, and other professionals to coordinate all aspects of providing person-centered care. As a registered nurse case manager, you will: supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment participate in an on-call rotation this is a limited term position with the potential to turn into permanent employment.
