What you'll do

Assess patients' needs and identify a plan of care
Implement and evaluate the care given
Provide direct and indirect care to patients
Lead the patient care team toward goal achievement
Provide didactic and hands-on education to support staff development and enhance clinical performance

What you need

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
At least 2 years previous nursing experience
RN license active in the state of Missouri
Must complete department specific certifications within the designated time frame
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective leadership abilities
Time management and computer literacy skills
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills; flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
