West Lafayette Medical Center 915 Sagamore Parkway W West Lafayette, Indiana 47906 The Registered Nurse (RN) works in multiple physician offices to provide professional nursing care for patients including assessment, treatment, care planning, medical care evaluation, and education by following established standards and practices. The RN float assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care and functions as a liaison between patients, staff, and providers. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
