Provide clinical oversight and guidance to LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, coordinated care delivery for up to 54 -skilled nursing residents. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Current BLS certification at the healthcare-provider level (CPR and AED with hands-on skills) Strong observation skills and ability to recognize subtle changes in resident condition Clear communication and collaborative, teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary care environment Understanding of dementia care approach and person-centered care principle Prefer: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living community, or long-term care environment preferred More about Frasier Frasier is a 5-star rated, nonprofit senior living community and a trusted part of Boulder since 1960.
