The Birthplace offers a unique, doula-supported, family-centered birthing environment focused on personalized care, patient choice, and compassionate support throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Nurses work alongside a close-knit team to provide high-quality maternity care in a supportive community hospital setting. As a Birthplace RN, You Will: Provide individualized nursing care to obstetric patients and families, using comprehensive assessments and evidence-based nursing interventions. Assess and monitor patient conditions, recognizing changes that require timely intervention. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Provide patient and family education , including information about treatments, procedures, and discharge planning.
