What you'll do
- Provide clinical nursing support in a facial plastics practice specializing in facial nerve disorders, including assisting physician during cosmetic aesthetic consultation and procedures
- Coordinate care for patients with facial paralysis, synkinesis, hemifacial spasm, and related conditions
- Perform patient assessment, triage, and clinical follow-up
- Provide pre- and postoperative education and care
- Assist with office-based procedures and chemodenervation treatments
- Coordinate imaging, testing, referrals, and medical clearances
- Manage patient calls, portal messages, and ongoing clinical needs
- Facilitate multidisciplinary care and serve as a liaison between patients and the surgeon
- Support efficient clinic workflow and continuity of care
- Provides clinical support to the cosmetic physician assistant
What you need
- <span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing</span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Skills: Proficient in the English language, verbal and written communication skills, computer skills</span></span>
- <span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Licensure: Current Louisiana State license as RN and BLS certification</span></span>
- Graduate of an accredited LPN school
- Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills and computer skills
- Current Louisiana State license as LPN and BLS certification.
