What you'll do
- Treat infants, children, and adolescents according to the active plan of care; administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Document care, educate patients and families, and coordinate care.
What you need
- Requires a current Arizona Registered Nurse License and an active nursing license in good standing.
- Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, organization, and communication skills are required; home health experience is preferred.

Job Description:
Treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care
Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.

RN/LPN Qualifications:
Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
