What you need
- Current Georgia or Unencumbered RN License
- Minimum of 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing setting required
- CPR/First Aid Certification required
- Agency/multi-site experience preferred
- Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
- Memory Care experience preferred
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to foster team work with fellow care partners
- Superb documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Point Click Care preferred)
- Strong organization and time management skills

Rhodes Care Solutions RNs must be willing to travel to all three communities and pick up a minimum of two shifts per month.

A.G. Rhodes Care Solutions Registered Nurse ( RN ) Care partner qualifications include:
