Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders Perform client assessments Case management and coordination Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet Qualifications: Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in hand A minimum of one-year clinical experience is preferred OASIS knowledge highly preferred for home health applicants Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance HCHB EMR knowledge is desired Benefits for full time employees: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage Short- and Long-Term Disability insurance Accident, Critical Illness, and Cancer Insurance PTO - 80 hours 6 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday 401k retirement savings plan w/discretionary company match Company-paid life insurance Mileage reimbursement Competitive compensation package Salary Description PRN Per visit or FT salary
