What you need
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, and minimum state required liability auto insurance

Home Health
or
Hospice Registered Nurses (RN)
and offer a highly competitive salary!
Shift Availabilities
:
Full-Time - $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus*!
Saturday and Sunday (weeknight/on-call)
PRN Evening/Weekend (on-call)
As a RN Case Manager, you will
:
Visit with patients in their homes or nursing facility setting, providing assessment, teaching and skilled care
Work with and receive support of other professionals to problem solve and update the patient's plan of care
Other duties as assigned
