Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Home Health

Gentle Care Home Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to children with medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home. • Follow the patient's individualized plan of care. • Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition. • Administer medications and prescribed treatments. • Provide G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, seizure, and other skilled care as applicable to the assigned patient. • Complete accurate and timely documentation. • Communicate with families and the Gentle Care clinical team. • Provide patient and family education and support.
