Registered Nurse (RN) - Phone Triage

Kidney Associates of Kansas City is seeking a skilled RN to assist our physicians and nurse practitioners in managing the care for our patients. This is a great position for the candidate that is compassionate about patient care, is looking for the challenge of learning about managing patients with chronic illness, and is seeking the lifestyle of a regular schedule with NO weekend, nights or call schedule.\r\nThis candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:\r\n\r\nActive RN license \r\nPassion for patient care\r\nCritical thinking skills\r\nMotivated to learn\r\nExperience with chronic care in hospital or office setting preferred\r\n\r\n \r\nResponsibilities include:\r\n\r\nPhone calls with patients and other healthcare providers\r\nCommunication and care management for patients with renal disease and multiple chronic illnesses\r\nIndependently assessing emergent health problems and communicate concerns to appropriate physicians\r\nPatient education\r\n\r\n \r\nGreat benefits PTO, 401K, Health, Dental and Vision insurance.
