We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for our employee PRN Float Pool. Choose from 8-hour, 12-hour, and 16-hour shifts and work at multiple Lorien locations throughout Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County, and Howard County. RN PRN Flex Pool Pay and Benefits RN Rate: $42/hour flat rate Shift differentials Holiday differentials Overtime pay 401(k) Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work at multiple Lorien locations Create a Flexible RN Schedule Our PRN RN Flex Pool offers scheduling options designed to provide flexibility: 8-hour shifts 12-hour shifts 16-hour shifts PRN Flex Pool RNs are expected to work a minimum of five shifts per month across at least two different Lorien facilities. Maryland RN Flex Pool Locations Opportunities are available at Lorien communities throughout Central Maryland: Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard Counties Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Lorien PRN Flex Pool, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents while supporting our clinical teams across multiple Lorien communities. You will: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan Assess residents and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using PointClickCare (PCC) Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, providers, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Supervise and support nursing assistants and other members of the care team as appropriate Follow infection prevention, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements Respond to resident needs and clinical concerns with compassion and professionalismCollaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support continuity and quality of care Provide exceptional resident-centered care that reflects Lorien’s commitment to helping residents live their best lives Qualifications Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of direct-care RN experience Current BLS or CPR certification Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and HIPAA requirements Patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach to resident care Commitment to providing safe, high-quality nursing care Ability to work a minimum of five shifts per month at two or more Lorien facilities Preferred Experience: Skilled nursing Long-term care Nursing home care Assisted living PointClickCare (PCC) Call-outs must be made directly to the Lorien facility where the scheduled shift is assigned.
