Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Registered Nurse - Respiratory (Bronchoscopy)
Full-Time Days
36 hours/week - 3 shifts/week during Monday-Friday
$20,000 Sign on Bonus Available
We offer flexible sign-on bonus options to fit your needs:
Flexible, No-Contract Option: Bonus paid in four equal installments at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.
Upfront Payment Option: Receive 50% at start and the remaining 50% at 6 months with a 2-year commitment.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. ACLS required.
Physical Requirements: Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
Preferred: Inpatient experience, preferably ICU, stepdown or ER, but will consider several years of floor experience.
