What you'll do

The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high-quality, individualized patient care.
They utilize the nursing process to ensure effective clinical outcomes within the Step Down unit.

What you need

Candidates must hold a current California RN license and have at least 6 months of med/surg or telemetry experience.
A BSN is preferred, and BLS certification is required, with ACLS and PALS certifications needed within specific timeframes.
