Combined Our Team Members Have 20+ Years Certified as Medical Surgical Nurses. We are a 42-bed Medical Specialties Unit. Our diverse patient population includes but is not limited to CHF, Sickle Cell, Renal Failure, Vascular, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, Osteomyelitis w/ Surgical Interventions, Wound Care and, an assortment of varying disease processes. We one main Nursing Station and 7 Substations. Within those Substations you can visualize your patient assignment and govern your own work area. Equipment utilized on unit has EPIC integration, thus decreasing your time inputting data. We live out our “no staff left behind” motto and teamwork model by staying in contact with each other through the use of walkie talkies, including the management team. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $36.00 - $36.00 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
