What you'll do

Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery
Safely handle and restrain animals with compassion
Communicate with clients, including care instructions and status updates
Perform lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement
Maintain accurate medical records and assist with medication dispensing
Help keep exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment clean, stocked, and ready
Follow hospital, safety, and regulatory guidelines

What you need

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) certification
Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately
Knowledge of common disease states and ability to alert veterinarians to patient changes
Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines

Veterinary Technician Salary: $22.00-$26.00 dependent on skills and experience, sign on bonus- $350 after 30 days $350 after 6 months Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts and every other Saturday- Monday- Friday 7AM-6PM, Saturday 8AM-2PM Parker Center Animal Clinic is hiring a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician to provide skilled care to our patients and exceptional service to our clients.
