Demonstrated customer service skills. Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment. Basic math skills. Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.) Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products. Physical Demands Ability to see and hear, write and speak English. Ability to type repetitive keystrokes. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation. Work Environment This position is in-person. You’ll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores. As part of your week, you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations.
