3rd Party Collections Representative – Remote   $17.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities Hiring in the following states - FL, ND, OK, TX Optio Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced 3rd Party Collections Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has prior third-party collection experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a performance-driven remote environment. This is a fully remote position. Successful employees must be able to maintain productivity, reliability, and performance while working independently from home. Job Responsibilities * Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts. * Clearly explain account information, payment options, and available resolution opportunities. * Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within client and company guidelines. * Respond to consumer questions, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively. * Accurately document collection activity and consumer communications. * Follow company policies, collection procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. * Meet individual and team performance expectations. * Protect confidential consumer and account information. * Maintain consistent productivity, attendance, and professionalism while working remotely. Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year of third-party debt collection experience required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements and work toward account resolution. * Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. * Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. * Comfortable working in multiple computer systems simultaneously. * Ability to work independently and remain focused in a remote environment.   Compensation & Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage, monthly bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance, as well as a 401(k) with company match.
