What you'll do

The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients in understanding their accounts and resolving financial responsibilities.
They are responsible for documenting interactions accurately and meeting performance goals while providing payment solutions.

Description $17/hour + Monthly Bonus | Full-Time | Monday–FridayMake an impact—while working from home. Join BCA Financial Services and help patients resolve their accounts with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You’ll play an important role in helping patients navigate their financial responsibilities with respect and care. We’ll provide the equipment, tools, training, and support—you bring the drive to succeed. What We Offer: $17/hour + monthly bonus opportunities Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Medical, dental, vision, GAP, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided equipment What You’ll Do: Talk with patients to help them understand their accounts and find solutions Offer payment options such as full balance payment, payment plans, and/or financial assistance where applicable. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Accurately document interactions in our systems Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way) Requirements Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred) A reliable, detail-oriented work style Work-From-Home Requirements: Must reside in: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA Quiet, private workspace High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported Must meet tech requirements before training begins BCA Financial Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity at all levels of the organization.
