What You’ll Do Analyze ECG recordings for accuracy, identifying arrhythmias and significant events. Review algorithm findings and ensure all patient reports meet the highest clinical standards. Communicate urgent findings to physicians promptly and professionally. Contact patients to follow up on reported symptoms. Assist patients with device disconnection troubleshooting as needed, supporting continuous, high-quality monitoring. Uphold HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality at all times. What We’re Looking For Required: Must have at least one of the following credentials: Certified Cardiovascular Technician (CCT), Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT). Applications without one of these credentials will not be considered. High school diploma (or equivalent). At least 1 year of experience in cardiac monitoring OR strong academic background in a cardiac-related field. Familiarity with medical terminology, especially cardiology-related terms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills. A reliable, private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and stable internet connection. Preferred: 2+ years of experience in cardiac telemetry, Holter scanning, or other ECG interpretation roles. College degree in a cardiac-related field, healthcare, or life sciences. Located within commuting distance of our Des Plaines, IL office.
