We are seeking motivated, coachable self-starters who are willing to complete a proven training program, advance their careers, and obtain a professional license. Fully commissioned entry level position with the opportunity to advance into management positions. No salary cap, flexible hours. Flexible Schedule and Location – Our remote claims representatives can set their own schedule; work part-time or full-time; work either in-person or remotely. Review and interpret insurance policies. Conduct virtual or in-person property inspections Apply key skills to support business growth and success Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client needs Complete required paperwork to initiate claims process Proven Training Program – No public adjusting experience is required. We provide ongoing in-house training and mentorship to support your professional development and help you build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
