We serve patients in all 50 states, with a consistent flow of referrals. ⭐ THE POSITION Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the U.S. | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available We’re hiring independently licensed therapists for part-time or full-time roles, paid per session. Health, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with up to 3.5% employer match. 💻 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth - Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs - Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you - Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes - Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders 📋 QUALIFICATIONS - Must be located in the United States - Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted - Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy - Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred - Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records - Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way) ✅ WHO THRIVES AT SAILOR - You care about the mission.
