THE POSITION Location: Fully remote | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there. WHAT WE OFFER - You're never on your own. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting - Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient - Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team - Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools - Participate in regular (paid) case consultations WHO THRIVES AT SAILOR - You're mission-aligned.
