What you'll do

Design and manage personalized travel itineraries, research and coordinate reservations with multiple vendors, and recommend options based on client preferences.
Communicate with clients, resolve booking issues, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing training.

What you need

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, fluent in English, at least 18 years old, and have a smartphone with internet access; a laptop or desktop is recommended.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required, while customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

In this role, you will coordinate and book reservations for clients around the world including accommodations, cruises, excursions, transportation, and events. The ideal candidate thrives in organization, problem-solving, and connecting with people. You will have flexibility, ongoing training, and access to exclusive perks while working remotely.
