Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate renovation projects from proposal preparation through final completion. Prepare project proposals, review scopes of work, and assist with pricing and scheduling. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project timelines. Communicate with customers regarding schedules, progress, and project updates. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and completion. Resolve scheduling challenges, address project issues, and keep work moving forward. Track project costs, schedules, documentation, and completion status. Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. QualificationsExperience in construction, renovation, remodeling, project coordination, or home services preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Comfortable coordinating contractors, field crews, and customers. Proficiency with spreadsheets, scheduling systems, or project management software. Swimming pool experience is a plus, but not required.
