Repairs Associate I

The Repairs Associate I is responsible for supporting operational logistics and inventory. This individual is responsible for performing transactions in the business system for material movement inside and outside the building which may include receiving, shipping, auditing, and issuing material while maintaining a professional relationship. Interface with various personnel and departments to accomplish material movement tasks. This position requires familiarization with the Safran Passenger Innovations business systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Transact department database records Receive inventory items into stock Label and count inventory Perform cycle counts Issue inventory to shop jobs Receive and ship materials to/from 3rd party repair vendors Prepare paperwork, pack, and ship to domestic and international locations Assist in the support of offsite repair stations Other repair related duties required 0-3 years of experience working in a similar role 0-1 years of experience in logistics or inventory control Knowledge of inventory tracking systems Problem analysis and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Microsoft Programs The starting pay range for this position is $20 to $23.00 per hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
