Credit Trainee Program is a structured development opportunity for recent college graduates looking to build a career in credit. Trainees gain hands-on experience in credit operations, customer accounts, financial processes, and credit decision-making while working alongside teams across the business. Through coaching, mentorship, and real-world experience, participants build the skills and business knowledge needed to grow within the credit organization. Key Responsibilities: * Learn and support day-to-day credit operations and customer account management. * Review account activity, payment history, and credit information to support credit decisions. * Assist with collections, account discrepancies, and customer credit-related questions. * Develop knowledge of financial information, risk assessment, and credit policies. * Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand how Credit supports the business. * Participate in rotational learning, coaching, and mentorship opportunities. * Take on increasing responsibility as knowledge and experience develop. Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree or expected degree completion prior to program start. * Interest in a career in credit, finance, business, or management. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable working with numbers and learning financial concepts. * Strong attention to detail and organization. * Collaborative, customer-focused, and willing to learn. * Demonstrated initiative and interest in professional growth.
