What you need
- 2+ years of experience in replenishment, inventory planning, allocation, or supply chain analytics, ideally in retail or ecommerce.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and building models from large data sets.
- Working knowledge of core inventory metrics: in-stock rate, weeks of supply, turns, sell-through, safety stock, and reorder point logic.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to produce quality work in daily tasks.
- Experience creating and managing purchase orders with vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain inventory recommendations to merchants and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with a replenishment or demand forecasting system.
- SQL experience (BigQuery preferred) and comfort pulling your own data.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience automating recurring reports or workflows (Python, macros, or AI tools).
