Research Assistant - PEGUS Research – Remote or Hybrid

The Research Assistant directly contributes to the team in these ways:
* Work on project teams that develop and execute research studies
* Assist with administrative tasks (correspondence, scheduling, meeting minutes, data entry, coding, file maintenance, etc.)
* Edit, draft, and format study documents
* Assists in various tasks such as data and recording review, study trainings, and study coordination
* Provide support to study participants and study staff
* Help improve processes and solve problems
Qualifications:
* High School degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a can-do attitude
* Knowledge of computer systems, especially MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
* Organized, detail oriented, and ability to learn quickly with a desire to improve and enhance processes
* Strong work ethic, with the ability to take initiative and work independently as needed
* Attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
* Starting Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 hourly (based on education, experience, and fit)
* Approximately 40 hours per week, during regular business hours (M-F, 9-5)
