HVAC Service Tech | Pittsburgh, PA Pay: $28-32 per hour Sign on bonus available – up to $3000! White Heating is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Follow all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles. Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate. Job Qualifications: 2-5 years of HVAC Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds EPA – Universal Certification preferred OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred Competencies: Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Technical HVAC knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer service aptitude Problem-solving skills The starting hourly base wage for this position is $28-$32. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
