Recreation Operations Analyst | Mountain Sports Operations Analyst
Are you an analytical professional who enjoys transforming data into actionable insights? We are seeking talented individuals for two distinct Analyst opportunities within our resort. While each role supports a different operational area, both positions play a key role in analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and providing insights that support operational excellence and informed decision-making.
Resort Operations Analyst serves as the division’s data and insights resource, helping drive business decisions across all specified departments. Project Management – the Operations Analyst will maintain open communication with the Operation Managers to support all division projects.
Resort Initiative Support – in addition to division duties, Operations Analyst will serve as project lead for assigned resort initiatives.
The successful Operations Analyst will have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Analyst will also be able to quickly learn new domain or technical concepts and display effective written and verbal communication skills.
