Help patients receive quality respiratory care in the comfort of their own homes. 🩺 What You'll Be Doing You'll play an important role in supporting our respiratory services and helping our clinical teams provide exceptional patient care. Provide respiratory therapy, assessments, and direct patient care. Support and educate our nursing and clinical teams on respiratory care. Assist with respiratory training, competencies, and clinical education. Monitor patient respiratory needs and communicate changes to the care team Ensure ensure respiratory services meet quality and regulatory standards. Work alongside our Clinical Director of Respiratory Services to support excellent patient outcomes Some Specifics: Because we believe in transparency here Road Warrior where your schedule matches your vibe, this position does require 75% travel within a few surrounding territories- Yes we reimburse because gas prices are just obnoxious! Monday-Friday 8-5ish type of schedule Manageable case loads and On-Call Salaried position Best Boss Ever who always has your back and you can text or call anytime Even better team and culture. You can even reach the owner John if you ever need anything-because that is how it should be! 🎓 What We're Looking For ✔ Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program ✔ Current North Carolina Respiratory Therapist license ✔ At least one year of professional respiratory therapy experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, DME, or home care setting ✔ Current CPR certification and TB screening ✔ Valid driver's license ✔ Strong communication, organizational, teaching and clinical skills ✔ Someone who enjoys teamwork, helping others succeed, and making a real difference ✔ DME and Home Vent experience is awesome but not required.
