Retail Accountant

Retail Accountant Location : Location US-Remote Brand GPM Investments, LLC Min USD $16.00/Hr. Position Type Full-Time Overview Associates work directly with the stores to ensure the cash and inventory data is entered, correct and supported with the proper documentation. They also work with financial accountants to reconcile general ledger accounts that are directly tied to the store activity. Responsibilities Verify and analyze data received from store level & make necessary corrections in PDI Assist Store Managers and District Managers with questions relating to information received from store level & any corrections that may be needed Data entry Create and maintain excel worksheets Assist with reconciling data files Account reconciliations Other job related responsibilities as they arise Qualifications Good mathematical skills Basic computer skills (word and excel) PDI experience a plus Good written and verbal communication skills Good analytical skills Good organizational skills Ability to reason Detail Oriented Ability to interact professionally at all levels Dependability a must Self-motivated Associates Degree in Accounting preferred but not required Occasional overtime Equal Opportunity Employer GPM Investments, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in employment and personnel practices on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
