Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)- Full-time 3-11pThe Retreat Nursing Home | Jasper Health Services, Inc. Our CNAs are an essential part of making that happen every day. What You’ll DoAs a CNA at The Retreat, you will work closely with our nursing team to: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to the nursing staff Assist with repositioning, transfers, ambulation, and other mobility needs Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe resident environment Accurately document care and services provided Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident-rights practices Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members What We’re Looking ForCurrent Georgia Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing A genuine desire to care for older adults Dependability and a strong work ethic Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide care with patience, compassion, and professionalism Commitment to protecting resident dignity, privacy, and rights Why Join The Retreat?The Retreat is a 55-bed skilled nursing facility where our smaller size allows our staff to truly know the residents they care for.
