About This Job Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions. Session 1: May 25 - August 13 Session 2: June 14 - September 3 The Compliance Internship provides hands-on experience in regulatory oversight within a banking environment. Interns will join one of two teams: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). This role is designed to give exposure to compliance processes, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices, while contributing to meaningful projects that support the bank’s compliance program. Responsibilities Assist with compliance-related projects and tasks in your assigned track (AML or Risk & Compliance). Support data analysis, documentation, and reporting activities. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Perform administrative and operational tasks to support compliance programs.
