What you'll do
- Provide care, treatment, counseling, and health education to hospitalized patients
- Plan and coordinate care from admission through post-discharge
- Meet and exceed compliance with core measures
- Contribute to a reduction in LOS
- Participate in quality, safety, and performance improvement activities
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Meet and exceed CDPH, TJC, and other regulatory requirements
What you need
- BSN preferred.
- New graduates welcome, or recent experience of 1 year in an acute care setting preferred.
- Current CA RN license required.
- Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) required.
- EKG certification required.
- Education: a bachelor's degree

elemetry Unit
.
This is a full-time, 12-hour day shift position reporting to the Critical Care Services Director.
Responsibilities
The
Telemetry RN
provides care, treatment, counseling, and health education to the hospitalized patient.
The RN is responsible for planning and coordinating care from admission through post-discharge
. This planning and coordination includes meeting and exceeding compliance with core measures, contributing to a reduction in LOS, active participation with all aspects of quality, safety, and performance improvement activities, and collaboration with all the members of the multidisciplinary team in providing outstanding customer service to patients, family members, physicians, and the public. Meets and exceeds CDPH, The Joint Commission (TJC), and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
BSN preferred.
New graduates welcome, or recent experience of 1 year in an acute care setting preferred.
Current CA RN license required.
Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) required.
EKG certification required.
