What you'll do

What you need
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license

- Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently while supporting a team-based approach
- Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience (preferred)
- Hospice, home health, case management, or acute care experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (preferred)

As Gulfside Healthcare Services continues to grow throughout Tampa Bay, we're expanding our nursing team to support lower patient ratios and more personalized patient care. We're seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas County field teams and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.
At Gulfside, nurses have the time, support, and resources needed to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Our nurses are backed by responsive leadership and a collaborative interdisciplinary team that values their expertise and contributions.
The Registered Nurse manages an assigned patient caseload, develops individualized care plans, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and provides guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the care team. Patients are seen in private residences, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
No hospice experience? That's okay! We provide training and encourage RNs from all backgrounds to apply.

Requirements
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license required
Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience preferred
