What you'll do
- Handle telephone inquiries, referrals, audits, chart reviews, document uploads, and scheduling for goals-of-care and admission visits.
- Coordinate incoming referral information and ensure new-patient paperwork, charts, and consents are compliant and completed on time.
What you need
- 1 year of hospice experience preferred
- Active RN license in California
- Strong computer and compliance skills
- Strong ability to multi task and prioritize
- Working knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, Conditions of Participation, Statehospice regulations and CHAP standards.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Proficient with medical terminology
