RN or LPN - CLINIC

About the Role: As a clinic RN/LPN your main responsibilities will be to provide high-quality patient care and assist the physician to make sure clinic runs smoothly. Your expertise and compassionate approach will contribute to the overall success of our clinic and the satisfaction of our patients. By delivering exceptional care and building strong relationships with patients, you will help us maintain our reputation as a trusted healthcare provider in the community. Minimum Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) license in the state of Mississippi. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting. Proficiency in electronic medical records documentation. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Monday through Friday, hours may vary.
