What you'll do

Implements the nursing process and carries out physicians orders regarding diet, medication and treatment
Performs assessments; monitors and ensures quality care through observation and evaluation
Documents nursing interventions on care plans and medical records, and reports findings to physicians
Instructs patients, staff, and family members regarding treatments, nursing plans and related patient care
Responds to emergencies and maintains availability of medications and supplies
Ensures cleanliness of equipment and environment
Demonstrate service excellence and acts as an ambassador and advocate for FRMC

What you need

Current Ohio RN license
ACLS prior to patient care experience
Current ACLS and Basic EKG required or obtained within 6 months of hire and remain current
Procedural call required after hours
Excellent organizational, customer service skills, and computer proficiency
At least 1 year of experience (preferred)
Board certification within 2 years in area of expertise (preferred)

Performs assessments; monitors and ensures quality care through observation and evaluation; documents nursing interventions on care plans, medical records, and reports findings to physicians as needed. Instructs patients, staff, and family members regarding treatments, nursing plans and related patient care directed towards a safe discharge. Responds to emergencies; maintains availability of medications and supplies; ensures cleanliness of equipment and environment. Demonstrate service excellence and acts as an ambassador and advocate for FRMC. What You Will Need: Must have a current Ohio RN license and ACLS prior to patient care experience. Procedural call required after hours. Prefer at least 1 year of experience. Current ACLS and Basic EKG required or obtained within 6 months of hire and remain current. Board certification preferred within 2 years in area of expertise. Excellent organizational, customer service skills, and computer proficiency are a must.
