KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform roofing duties associated with roof tear offs: scraping with force, shovelling heavy material, transporting material  * Remove clutter on roof while maintaining a clean and neat work environment * Transport hot tar from kettle to work area * Clean and maintain roofing equipment * Performs all other duties as assigned  SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED  Education * High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required  Experience * No experience required! We will train you!  Skills & Requirements * Minimum 18 years of age. * Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. * Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests. * Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall. * Ability to lift 100 LBS or more. * Knowledge of basic roofing tools. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Flexible and able to comply with variable work schedules. * Capable of bending over most of the day and working on knees excessively throughout the day. * Ability to withstand demands of extreme weather conditions and high temperatures. * Able to pass a government background check per project requirements.
